1 tbsp oil
6 Pork Chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp margarine
1 can Cream of Onion Soup
In skillet, brown pork chops in oil and simmer about 10 minutes. Place pork chops in a greased shallow baking pan.
In the same skillet, add margarine and saute the chopped onions. The pan juice will be brown from the pork chops so your onions will also be browned from the juices already in the skillet. Add the onion soup and 1/4 cupwater.Stirring well, your sauce will have a pretty light brown color.
Pour onion mixture over pork chops. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

Well, I’m still learning the in’s and Out’s but I’m getting one step closer to getting where I want to be with this blog. Maybe one day I will be able to do like paul. I have been working on getting this blog done for about a week now and Paul can do a site in a couple of hours. But, like my mom always taught me, You gotta crawl before you can Walk.
But, Hopefully now though I can start getting more to where I wanna be with this site. I look forward to hearing input from my friends and family. Don’t forget to share your thoughts, questions, or post one of your favorite recipe’s with our collection for everyone to enjoy.
